During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts for any defects confirmed to be caused by manufacturing or material issues.
Please note that all logistics and shipping costs for replacement parts shall be borne by the buyer.

To ensure safe and proper maintenance, we offer professional online technical support for all warranty-related part replacements.
Our technical team will provide:
Remote diagnosis and troubleshooting
Step-by-step guidance for component replacement
Installation instructions to minimize the risk of secondary damage
Customers are strongly encouraged to contact our technical team before performing any repair or replacement.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from, but not limited to:
Improper installation, operation, or maintenance
Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or negligence
Damage caused by external devices, power surges, or third-party accessories
Disclaimer
Any repair, replacement, or modification carried out without prior notification to or authorization from our company shall be deemed as unauthorized service.
If a customer performs self-repair or component replacement without our knowledge or technical guidance, and such actions result in damage to the product, all associated risks, liabilities, and costs shall be solely borne by the customer.
Such damage will not be covered under the warranty.
